Tindacash provides international money transfer services, enabling you to send funds from your country to recipients' mobile wallets abroad. Our Service includes:

  • Real-time currency conversion at displayed exchange rates.
  • Secure online payment processing.
  • Direct delivery to recipient mobile wallets.
  • Transaction tracking and email confirmation.
  • Customer support in French and English.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Fees and Exchange Rates

All applicable fees are displayed clearly before you confirm a transaction. You agree to pay all fees associated with your transfers.

  • Exchange rates: Rates are sourced from live market data and are valid at the time of transaction confirmation. Rates may fluctuate between the time you initiate and the time you confirm your transfer.
  • Transfer fees: Displayed in full before payment. No hidden charges.
  • Payment processing fees: Applicable card fees are included in the displayed total.

By confirming a transaction, you accept the displayed rate and fees as final.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Service for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities.
  • Transferring funds on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent.
  • Circumventing sanctions or embargoes.
  • Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation.
  • Unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. KYC & Compliance

As a regulated money transfer operator, we are required to verify the identity of our users in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to:

  • Provide valid government-issued identification upon request.
  • Provide proof of address when required.
  • Complete additional verification steps for high-value transfers.
  • Respond promptly to any compliance-related requests from our team.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that fails to meet our compliance requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tindacash platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of Tindacash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rates or market data.
  • The fitness of our Service for any particular purpose.

Tindacash is not responsible for delays caused by recipient mobile money operators, banking partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tindacash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to your account.
  • Errors or delays in transfer processing caused by third parties.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tindacash in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
  • We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account.
  • You fail to complete required identity verification.

Upon termination, any pending transfers may be cancelled and funds returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable regulations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Tindacash operates.
